FIGHTING AT TIMOR.

(Received August 30, at 10.55 a.m.) The steamer Australian brings news of an outbreak of war between the Portuguese' and the natives of Timor. There was fierce fighting at Dilli, where the Australian landed a large quantity of war supplies for the garrison.
