(Received August 30, at 8.55 a.m.) General Ben Viljoen is sailing for Europe to lecture on behalf of the fund to assist Boer widows and orphans. ,(Received August 30, at 9.5 a.m.) The Boer generals, when interviewed by Mr W. T. Stead, stated that tliey were delighted at the King's homely heartiness. Mr Steyn's health has markedly improved since liis sojourn, upon the Continent.
