HARBOUR BOARD REPORTS.

The following aro the main features of tho engineer's report, to bo presented at to-day's meeting of the Harbour Board: —

Tho installation of the electric light contract on dredge 222 having been completed, a comiiieticemcht was made on the Ist of the month to work tn'o shifts of eight hours each per day, under Mr R, Douglas as dredgemaater and- chief engineer; Captain Munro acting as sailing master.
