;; " ' ". WESTPORT, May 1. ■ A sensational incident occurred a< Granity to-day, when a recently-built surfboat capsized" in the breakers. Tho occupants— Miitiim, August, "and Dickson—, were cast into tho water, and, in great danger of drowning, when a young man irtmed'Hiirdie rode into tjio breakers, and, after i' great struggle with the waves, being washed off. his horse several times, succeeded in reaching. August and Mumm, who—one holding on to Hardie's leg and' the other to the horse's tail—were then dragged ashore. ■ Dickson was alsb rescued. All the men-were in a very exhausted state.
