Landed some 4000 tons of cargo, and left again on March 17 at 6 a.m.. reaching Picton at noon the same day. Took in cargo and left again on the 19th. Had strong N.W. winds down to the Kaikouras, and then met a heavy S.W. gale with 6tron(r seas, a?Ainst which sho steamed' till arrivol at Lyttolton at 8 a.m. of tho 21st. Discharged 2006 tons of cargo, took in frozen cargo, and left again at 7.30 p.m. of the 26th ult., arriving at Timaru at 7.30 a.m. of tho 27th. Took in- frozen mutton, tallow, wool, and other produce, iind left that port at 10.45 p.m. of the 29th, arriving as above.
