MEW ZEALAND ACCOUNTANTS AND AUDITORS' ASSOCIATION.
(Per United Pbess Associvhok-.) AUCKLAND, March 15. At the third ordinary general meeting of tho New Zealand Accountants and Auditors' Association (registered) tho reports submitted showed that good progress was made during the year. The financial statements showed tho association to be in a thoroughly sound financial position. The election of officers for tho year resulted as follows: — President, Mr A. S. Russell; vice-presidents —Messrs R. Waymouth (Auckland), D. Cochrane (Southland), and Archibald Henley (Wellington); and the following wore elected members:—Messrs H. A. Keeeing and D. B. M'Donald (Auckland), A. J. Virtue (Canterbury), J, H. Thompson (Otago), R. Anderson (Southland), Cortill and Kelsey (Taranaki), and A. Newbold (Wellington). Mr R. W. St. Clair was reappointed auditor.
