Daily Times Ofllee, Friday evening. The amount of revenue collected at the Dunedin Custom House' to-day on poods olearod for consumption was £1469 lls 9d. The directors of the Milburn Lime and Coment Company have declared an interim dividend at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum, payable on and after Monday next. INVESTMENT STOCKS. The Dupedin Stock Exchange report the following quotations yesterday:— National Bank—Buyers $ 109, National Insurance—Buyers 18s Vβ, sellers 18s JOJd. Perpetuil' Trustees—Buyers 13a, sellers Hs. Otago Daily Times—Buyers £14. PROPERTY SALKS. Means Siovwright Broß. and Co. offered for sale by auction, at their rooms, yesterday, a number of city and suburban properties. All the motions word' passed in with one exception—viz., n vacant section in Forth ptreet, haying a frontage of 84ft by a depth of 85ft. Thjs was sold for £3W. A section in Edward street, St. Clair, having a frontal of 66ft, together with n seven-roomed dwelling house thereon, was passed in at £680. 1 . CANTERBURY RAM AND EWE FAIR. (Per Umitf.d Pbess Association.) CHRISTOHURCH. March 15. The rain and ewe fair wns concluded to-day. The demand /or /lock rams wns entirely collared, and lots for which from, sgs to Hgn were offered yesterday failed to obtain a bid at half th.it price, and consequently nearly all were passed in. This applied equally to Shropshirps, Southdowns, merinos, Wersleydales, and halfbreds. English Leicester ewes, bred by the late Ml J, if. Furze, fetched Irom 2es to 3J(ra; Border Leicester ewes, bred by Mr W. Henderson, 2gs to 3gs; Shropshire Downs, on account of Jlr Burnett (Waiknto), 2gs to sJgs; on account oi Mr Reid (Monte Christa). 4ss.; nnd on account of Messrs Aitken and Seth-Smith (Onmnrn), 1 guinea. Stud ranw met with an irregular sale, the quotations being: English Leicester. l ), up to 52g3; Lincolns, nn to 2flgs; Border Lciceaters, up to BJga; Shropshires, up to 30gs.
