(Received Feb. 7, at 9.50 a.m.) In connection with the Ormuz-Ismalia, collision Pilot Emmerson's certificate has been suspended for 12 mouths, and he himself fined £50. THE VICTORIAN MINISTRY. (Received Feb. 8, at 0.45 a.m.) The Lieutenant-Governor has approved of Mr Peacock's reconstructed Ministry. Mr Peacock becomes Premier, Treasurer, and Minister of Labour; Mr Trenwitli Chief Secretary and Minister of Railways, and Mr M'Culloch Minister of Works, Health, and Defence. The other portfolios are unchanged. INSANITARY SYDNEY. SYDNEY, February 7. (Received Feb. 7, at 10.40 p.m.) There were 1031 cases of typhoid in Sydney and suburbs last year—an increase of 236 compared with the previous year. The deaths increased by 16.
