A BYE-ELECTION.
(Per United Pkess Association.) WELLINGTON, January 9. The following results of the polling for the election of a member to represent the Northern Maori district in the House of Representatives for the vacancy caused by Mr Hone Heke's bankruptcy proceedings we to hand: —Russell: Hoiie Heke 101, Wapeta, Henn-rc nil, Poukti Parore nil, Eparaima 3, Kiri 9; Riapo nil. The final results have not yet reached the ActingPremier.
