left the company's wharf at Sydney at 11 p.m. of the loth inst., and cleared the heads at midnight; had light N.E. winds, with hazy weather, to Cape Farewell, and thence moderate east to south-east winds, with thick, dirty weather, until she arrived off Wellington Heads at 1.30 a.m. of the 20th inst. Waited till daylight, and berthed at tho wharf at 9 a.m. the same day. Left at midnight, called at Lyttelton on the 21st, and left that port at 7.30 p.m. the same day r.nd arrived at headquarters as above. She left again for Melbourne yesterday afternoon.. The s.s. Invercargill steamed down from Dunedin on Saturday, and took in a quantity of transhipments from the Tyser line steamer Star of England. She steatned to Dunedin in tho afternoon, and completes loading cargo to-day. The Invercargill rims harbour excursions to-morrow and Wednesday, and leaves on Wednesday evening for Invercargill.
