APPLICATIONS ore invited from STEAMSHIP OWNERS stating the SUBSIDY that won.d be required for a TWO (2) YEARS' SERVICE between NEW ZEALAND WEST AUSTRALIA, and SOUTH AFRICA. The steamers would require to be of not less than about 40M tons resistor, and to have suitable REFRIGERATING ACCOMMODATION for the Conveyance of FROZEN MV.AC and DAIRY PRODUCE. It is also desirable that PASSENGER ACCOMMODATION thnu'.d bo provided, and applicants will be required to state whnt passenger accommodation would be available.
