The first statutory meeting of the Blue Bell Gold.Dredgmg Company was held on the 10th iuat. .at the legistered office, 3 Bond street. Messrs J. 11. Hancock (chairman), A. Robertsoh, s H. F. White, E. D. Mason, and C. B. Smith were elected directors for the ensuing year, and Mr A. T; Finch was appointed auditor. Those present agreed that the company had secured a really good property, and no time will be lost in placing a dredge on the claim.

The Dunedin Stock Exchange report the following returns for last week:—Golden Treasure Compuny, 220z lodwt; Otago Dredging Company 19os for seven and a-half days. The, Secretary of the Maori Dredging Company reports a return of 470z for last week.

The Secretary of the Klondyke Dredging Company reports a return of lOoz Bdwt for the week.

The Secretary reports that the Empire dredge obtained 60oz GJdwt gold last week.

The Secretary of the Sunlight Dredging Company reports a return of Boz lOdwt for 132 hours' dredging.

. The Secretary ot the Earnscleugh No. 2 Dredging Company reports a return of 530z lldwt Ggr for four days' dredging. The return from this dredge for the previous week was 4Soz 18dwt for three days' dredging. Mr J. D. Buchanan, Alexandra South, reports a return from the "Unity dTedge of 260z lOdwt. She obtained 13oz for the previous week's work.
