CLOSING OF CERTAIN STREETS.
The following regulations were passed by the Demonstration Committee at its meeting on Saturday night. It was resolved that the mayor be requested to close the following streets against vehicular, horse, and bicycle traffic: — 1. Princes street, from the main exit of the Oval to the Octagon. The. whole of the Octagon streets, including the intersecting main streets. 2. Stuart street, from the Octagon to the eastern side of Cumberland street. 3. The whole of Cunrbsrland street from Stuart street to High, street, on the west side of the Triangle. ' ■ ' \ ' . 4. The lower portion o£ High street and Rattray street on the east side o£ Princes.street to the wharf. ' . -'.- 5. Yogel street to be absolutely closed against' foot traffic, vehicular, horse, and' bicycle traffic to the overbridge, and the whole of tho overbridge from side to side, and from thence to the tongue wharf. 6. Crawford street to be closed to vehicular and bicycle traffic, being reserved especially for foot passengers. ; ; .
