WESTPORT March 16.--The Westport Harbour Board's dredge, plant, and two hoppers left for Onehunga this morning in tow of the Hinemoa, which is expected to steam about five and a-half knots. The plant is chartered by the Government for work in tho Onehun&ra Harbour.
