' EUROCLYDON, chestnut Stallion; sire Gorton, dam Lady Gertrude; bred by the Hon. George M'Lean at Warrington. This magnificent Stallion (together with his famous racing record) is too well known to require comment from the Auctioneers, coming, as' he does, from some of the best Racing Stock in the world. Euroclydon won the N.Z. Cup, C.J.C. Derby, and Canterbury Cup in 1595, his total winnings, after all deductions, being £3060.
