THE LOSSES AT SPION KOP.
CAPTURE OP BOER PRISONERS,
LONDON, January 27.
(Received Jan. 28, at 5 p.m.) Six officers were killed at Spion Kop on Wednesday, including Colonel Buchanan Riddell, of the. King's Royal Rifles. Twelve officers ivere wounded. Eighteen men were killed, 142 wounded, and 31 are
missing. General Wan-en last Sunday captured 160 Boers.
