The attention of Butchers and Purveyors of Meat is called to the provisions of the City Byrlaw No.- 5, which .enacts that " Any person who shall sell or expose for sale meat not killed in the Abattoir shall be guilty of an offence "; also,1 that the license of any ;butcher or purveyor of meat may be refused or revoked if he shall have been guilty of the foregoing offence.
