Secretary of Otago and Southland, who is the sole surviving founder of the Lodges Otago, No. 844, Dnnedin, No. 9.'il, and Port Chalmers Marino, No. 912 (English Constitution) presented the threo lodges with copies of the correspondence relating to their formation, which will no doubt be recordt'.l in their archives,' and be of extreme value when the lime comes for their application for centenary warrants. Each of the lodges named haye gratefully .acknowledged the fraternal kindness of tho veteran District Grand Secretary by recording on their minutes the thankathey feel for his kindness.
