Jewellery, etc., may also bo-sent by parcel post if insured far at least a portion of their value, or registered. Packets must not he closed ngainst inspection, but so securely fastened as to prevent any of the contents goins; ar-tray during transit. Packets ancl irarciuVnol exceeding 10s in value need not be r<wifittfr<!il or insured.
