■ ♦ Monday, April 17. (Before Mr C. 0. Graham, S.M.) A and J M'Fariane v. Donald M'Kay (Hyde)— Claim £17 3s sd, on a judgment summons.—Mr Fraser appeared for plaintiffs, and after defendant had been examined as to his means, an order was made for the payment of the amount claimed, with costs, by weekly instalments of 2s 6d, in default one month's imprisonment. Frank Curtis—Claim £3 •jtTod, mi a judgment summons.—Mr Moore %ppeared for plaintiff, but as the defendant was wrongly described in the summons as Frederick Curtis his Worship declined to make an order, the case was adjourned on counsel's application till the 21st >nst. J. M. Wilson and Co. v.
