• Sin,—ls drunkenness increasing?' The la* few Saturday nights I have been disgusted at the Right of so many of our youths staggering about the.streets. Some of these lads.l have known' from their childhood. What anguish tho parents must feel when their boys'arrive homo in this state. , Three years ago I was a strong moderate, but never again, will I, or mine, vote for the continuance of a traffic that so degrades the people.—l am, etc., Patee.
