DREDGING RETURNS.

The secretary of the Golden Beach Hydraulio Elevating and Dredging Company received a, wire from the manager on Saturday stating ha had washed up 71oz 12dwt 7gr gold for 13-IJ hours' dredging. The return from the Dunedin Gold Dredging Company's dredge for five days last weelt was 18_oz. Tho river was in.flood on Saturday. •

The yield from the Clyde Dredging Company (Limited) last week was 86z. Thd river is lift 4in above,normal mark. The dredge is being shifted to Frenchman's Beach. The Stock Exchange report the following returns:—Otago Company, 320z for week; Golden Treasure, 16oz sdwt for the week (riven in flood); Golden Run pipes, 430z for 10 days. •

Mr Reeves reports the return from tho Enterprise dredge last week as 19oz 19dwt 12gr for 103 hours' dredging.
