SCHOOL COMMITTEES.

The monthly meeting of the Kaikorai School Ccn.mittee was hold last night, when there were present—Messrs Benlham (in tho chair), Ca'der, Cameron, Crawford, Ferry,' Mathcson, Moir, and Scott. The Head Master reported th?'. the attendance last month was as follows:—Wove, '10!; girls, 372;— total, 770. Tho Head Master reported that tho average attendance for tho month was— Boys, 202.5; girls, 129.0;— total, 332.2. The number on the roll for the same period was— ' boys, 226; girls, 218.5;— total, 401.5. A request by* Mr Knott for the privilege of holding a concert in the school was granted.
