Sic, —Seaing that we have had the sea come in upon us for the second tima, it is nearly time something was done to prevent it happening again. The money each borough has paid to the Domain Board seems to have been spent on a useless work, which could have bean done later on, when the hills had been made safe ! against the sea coming in. { .
