Hie half-yearly meeting df ; Court Enterprise, No. 3990, A.0.F., was held in the court room, European .- Hotel, George street, JDtiriedin, on Tuesday laat, about 160 merhpers neing present. Several visiting brethren from Eoglfitfd and other places were also present. The election of officers for the next term resulted as follows:—C.R., Bro.H. H. Moss ; S.C.R., Bro. J. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the retiring officers, and it was resolved that thi retiring C.B. (Bro. W. U. Jolly) be presented witt a B.CH.'s framed and glazed certificate arid a l'.C.R's collar, and that his n&me be placed on themerit board for the very able manner in which he had carried ont his duties while, holding office. It was also resolved that Bro. P. "Williams be printed with a framed and glazed member's ceriiicate ss a mark of respect to said brother, i' One new member was initiated ant! another proposed for initiation.
