The inquest on the body of H«ry Sitherley was concluded this afternoon. The medical evidence went to show that the deceised met his death from a benvy blow ou the right side of the head, iuflicted by a blant instrument, and that there were no sigos of drowning. A verdict was returned that the deceased had been murdered by some person or persons unkoown. ,

The dead roan, Harry Satherly, was a horse trainer. Oa the night on which he disappeared he had a large sum of money upon his person, and two £5 notes were subsequently found in a paddosk near the rivar. The press of Blanheim strenuously maintained that tha man had met with foul play, and this opinion seemed to be entertained also by the resident?, who,* instituted search parties to look for the missing man, but the police held a different view.
