(__r United Press Association. ) Auckland, October 12. Jane Wakefield, a widow, committed suicide on Saturday afternoon by taking " Rough on Rats." Deceased, who had been drinking, sent a child to a chemist's for something for rats, and received two packets. Deceased died an hour after admission to the hospital. Oliver J. Cromwell, aged 17, fell over the Chelsea wharf on Saturday night and was drowned. Chbistchuech, October 12.
