Sir, —The attention of the Domain Board is xequired to compel a discontinuance of a nuisance existiDg at St. Clair on the sand at the end of Beach street, the drainage of the surrounding houßes being allowed to stagnate instead of being carried a f«w hupdjred feet in pipes to the rocks, so as to allow the tide to waab. it away. ■ The last few hot days has made the stench unbearable to any one passing up or down to the beach.—l am, &c, St. Clair, September 14.
