John Sutherland (Kurow).—Claim £7 6s Hd, balance due for goods supplied.—Mr J. F. M. Fraser for plaintiffs, for whom judgment-was given, with costs. . Same v. George Gillespie (Stirling).—Claim -EG 2s sd, balance due for goods supplied.—Mr Frasei for plaintiffs, for whom judgment was-given, with T. Smith and Co. v. Hugh M'Kendry (South Dun. edin).—Claim -G2 13s 9d, balance due on amount agreed to as swing.—Mr Wilkinson for plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given, with costs.
