AGRICULTURAL HALL.

A meeting o( tUo directors and debentureholders ol the Otago Agricultural Hall Company .was. held on. Saturday morning, and attended by the fieri. Thomas Fergus (in the chiir), Messrs Jamas Smith, W. The Chairman (the Hon, T. Fergus) explained < that thu directors considered it advisable to 1 call the debenture-holders together and give i them an opportunity of iußpeciiog the plans < prepared by Mr Hislop, who deserved every > credit for the energy ht) had displayed in pfe- I paring the plans in Bnch a limited time.
