Tho postal authorities have received information that the Rotoran Post Office was broken into tho night before last and £200 stolen. It appears that tho thieves broke into tbo postmaster's home, and, he think-, drugged bim while asleep and obtained keys of the post office safe from his trousers ponkefc. They then effected an entrance into the past oflice by breaking the window, and made off with the contents of the office safe, wbich included £200 in cash." All the contents of the safe have been recovered excepting the cish. Two men were to-day arreted by the police on suspicion of being directly concerned in the robbery.
