The district of Yanina, in Albania, is in a disturbed state, and the Turkish troops have been compelled to retire from Barat, a town of abont 10,000 inhabitants. The Albanians expect the help of Montenegro in their rising against Turkish rule. London, Mirch 12. It is stated that Russia is actively engugod in sending reinforcements to the far Bast, though 90,000 troops are already concentrated on the Pacific littoral.
