THE CITIZENS' BAND OPERATIC CARNIVAL.
The Citizens' Band Opcratro Carnival was
crowded to excess last night. All present seemed I fco be pleased with Signor Borzoni's tableaux
and valse, and repetitions of the various dances were demanded. Good brisk business was done by the various stallholders. Tho costumes of this carnival, it should be mentioned, are a feature of the fiffair, and excite general admiration. The " Buttle of Sedan " was again, produced with great effect, and Signor Squariss waa awarded a hearty round of applause. The fernery was crowded all uight, and those that visited it were well repaid for the small sum invested to gain admission. A matinee for children will bis held on Saturday, children beinc admitted at half-crice.
