Amsterdam, February 18. Dr Leyd, Secretary of the Transvaal, received an enthusiastic welcome in Amsterdam. He said he was gratified to reooiva Dutch support in all matters. He also declares that it is improbable that President Kruger will pay the proposed visit to Esglacd in connection wf.h the Transvaal troubles.
Capetown, February 19. The prisoners at Pretoria are confined in private houses. Their bail has been fixsd at LIO.OOO.
Tha Boer Press states that it is intended to hold a special meeting of tb« Volksraad to sacctfon President Kruger's visit to England.
