A CORRECTION.
TO THE EDITOB. Sir, —Your report of the caae of a young man being rescued in the St. Clair baths was slightly incorreot. Being a witness of the occurrence, I may say that neither of the two boyß you mention brought the drowning mm to shore, bnt a young man named T. Nicholson performed the act. I may say that one of the boys swam out and tried to hold the man up, but found that task almost impossible till Nicholson swam out and brought him ashore. The drowning man was well-nigh dead when brought ashore, and it was greatly owing to Nicholson's exertions, with the assistance of the bathkeeper," that the man was brought round.
