CYCLING.
A committee meeting of theDanedin Cycling Club was held in the club ra'.m last night, Mr W. H. Matthews (captain) in the ohair. A letter was received from K. E. P. King, the Mferea at the club's annual sports, awarding the second prize to Mr Macdonald ia the Twomile Championship. A letter was also received from the honorary secretary of the Dunedin Amateur Swimming Club stating that a race for cyclists had been included in the programme of the annual tournament of that club. It was resolved that a donation of half a guinea ba girai to the Swimming Club. It was decided that the annual Road Race be held over a course from Moftgiel through Outram to Greytown and then back to Mo:giel, via Hiccarton, on Saturday, 21st March, for trophies valued at £5, £3, £1, snd^jEl for fastest time. It v*i fnr'-W resolved that the Team Race D.C 0 v. 1 (' J. be held on the 14th March, and Oui< a spurts meeting be held in conjunction therewith. Trophies to the value of £30 to be oompeted for. Four new members were elected.
