BURLESQUE AND GAIETY COMPANY.
The attendance at tlio Princess Theatre, was fairly good las-t evening, when the lloyal Burlesiiiie and Gaiety Company produced tbe .opera-Jo burlesqne in three acts of "i'aust." As Mephistopheles Mr PerCy St. John was as effective as ever, while Fred C.-uriboiirne was highly amusing as the fat boy. Mr Will Rtevini appeared aa Dame Martha, aud his representation of the character was coDsistently funny throughout, hi'i perfbriKHhee bains worthy of wry high commendation Miss Bor\ Bupchsis Faust, Miss Bell l'onsonby as Valciitiii", and Miss Emmie Martin aa JUi-Rnetitft all sais dn'il acted, with grace, while Mr H. BrrinHbri aiid Mr T. C, (Jallaiigher did good service in their p«-ts. Little A'ldie Favart .ugaln Jr:et with a warm reception, and her d&nciiip; arid Kiiiging evoked some of the most emphatic i-.ncoi'es of tlie evrhin^. The several ballets,, tbe performance of Mr Frjink Abosaleb, and the bell-iiuKioK rif the Paragon Trio were all w«H rebiiivcd. To-night the Same programrrie will lie rsbriated for the last time. Tomorrow and IMiliiy hijbts an entire bbiDiie will bc_ presented, while on Saturday night Mr Stevens will be tsudered a well-deserved benefit.
