The half-yearly meeting of the Grand Lodge of New Zealand was held in the Freomasona* Hall to-night. There was a large attendance of members and visitors from all parts of the colony. The M.W- Grand 'Ma-ier (Bro. P. H. D. Bell) presided and was supported by the M.W. Bro Malcolm Niccol, P.G.M ; R W. Bro. George Fowlds, D.G.M.; R.W. Bro. H. J. Williams, P.D.G.M.; R.W. Bro. Dr L. G. Boor, P.G. Superintendent; aud a large liumber of other distinguished brethren. The business included the racepiiou of the statement of accounts and benevuleuco Ths report of the Board of General Purposes comprehensively reported the operr-tionn of the past hf.lfyear; and indicated 'u-iuro proposal;..
