(2) That the city and suburban members bo respectfully requested to support the Minister for Labour in his endeavours to place on tbe SUtuto; Book the ' Public Contract-, Tendow, sod Works Bill, which; in our opinion, .will largely/sonserve tho interests of those wage-earners employe- by contractors." - .
