Messta Wright, StkpiU-kso?', and "Co.* report as follows >— ' . - The entry of horses for our sale on Saturday was rather below the average in number, and consisted almost entirely of medium to inferior light horses and small spring-carthorses. The demand ' for these wasjvery limited, and but few sales, were , msde. The few draught horses that were foUWatd' realised fair prices, and aa there are always buyers for good young sort-; of this class, we recommend . any of our friends who have any for sale' to send them in now. We quote :—Heavy dranghts(4yrstoGyrs),_£2--0:£25;d0 (SyrstoKtyrs), j£l3 to £19; medium draughts (4yrs to tjj'rs), £14 to £18; light aud small do, £8 to £12; aged add inferior do,' £4 to £7 *. upstanding spring qart horses (young and sound), £12 to £16-; active spring van horses (do), £14 to £18; upstanding; hacks aiid harness hotses. £10. to £1.4; agedaUd inferior"do £2 to £5.
