The s.s. Napier, with a full cargo of produce from Oaniaru, arrived at Dunedin afternoon, and went alongside the schooner Isabella | Anderson to tran&hip cargo. She leaves again to-day for Waikawa, via Ruapuke. The bar'quentine Jerfalcoa took on board a quantity of railway iron at the George street pier yesterday forenoon.

The s s. Tarawera was floated into the graving dock ye3terday afternoon for cleaning and repainting.

Owidg to the state of the weather yesterday it was deemed advisable to'postpone the departure of the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Compan/s steamer Rarigatira,:.for London, via the north, until to-day. Her cargo from this port conuistsof 700 bales wool and skins, 400 cases preserved meats, 187 casks tallow, 445 crates rabbits, and 10,953 carcases frozen mutton.
