Oscar Wilde'and. Taylor are being tried separately, the latter's case being taken first. Sir B. Clarke, Q. 0., opposed this course, bus afterwards aaked that Wilde's case should be postponed till next session: The judge, however, said that he would wait for the result in Taylor's case before deciding. The evidanc3 of Parker and Woods as to the conduct of Wilde; in Taylor's rooms Was taken to-dsy, and remained nnshaken.
