Nelson, March 12.—The fore-and-aft schooner Omeager, bound from Nowca3tle to Wanganui, rail down Ta man Bay 1 his afternoon and anchored^off the lighthouse at dusk. She put in through s-ress of weather. There has been no communication with her yet. Bluff, March 12.—Arrived (G.30a.m.): Mararoa, from Melbourne, via Hobart. She left the Queen's wharf, Blel bourne, at 7.10 p.m. on theGt.li, Willianistown at 8.35 p.m., cleared the heads ac 11.55 p.m., and passed Cape Schanck on the 7th, arriving at Hobart at 7.15 p.m. on the Bth ; left at 12.25 p.m. ths same date, arriving at Milford Sound at S.lO a.m. on the 11th; found all well, and left at 10 a.m., reaching the Bluff at (5.30 this morning. Westerly weather, with fresh winc;s and moderate sea, was experienced to Hobart; thence to Milfoid Sound the passage was remarkable for south-westerly winds and southerly seas, thick weather being met with on the coast and head seas to arrival.
