Bib, —It is no secret that an attempt to introduce fagging was the cause of the recent trouble iv the Hif}h School boarding house. Now that the Board of Governors have published their judgment on the insubordination following this attempt, we look in vaia. for any expression of opiaiou on tho main point. lam loath to appear vesatioun to gentlemen with whom I uecd to be associated, but 1 feel very strongly that some assurance should be given to the public, and especially to the parents and guardiano of small aud delicate boys, tbat this cruel custom of certain English schools should not be imitated here, and that if fagging is attempted it shall bo put dowu with a strong hand. —I*am, High street, March 8.
