Scott'a appointment, I am not going to dis-cuss witii you the question as to whether or not the | Government policy is one of " npoJla to tha j victors," bub it is dua to Mr Scott that your i implied suggestion that he is not fit for t'oa positiou should be rofated. I have known Mr Scott for 20 years, and I know that loog before that he was fer years employed by the Otago Provincial Council to make roiria, and that ha had »:a;;y years of practrcsvl experience.
