Wallaroo left Suva on the 11th last, for Samoa, but had to return owing to an accident to her machinery. The Fall Court lias upheld the decision of the District Court in the case against the , New Australia Association, deciding that the I association must refund the money paid by intending members when enrolment was not. fully completed. The association would-be, however, permitted to deduct LlO of suoh enrolment fees for preliminary espeasss.
