PRINCESS THEATER.

On Saturday afternoon a special niaiiaeeperfornnme was given at tha Princess Theatre, by the Kenncdy-Deeribg Dramatic Company, the piece played being "Little Lord Fauutleroy." There was a very large attendince upon the oocasion, many of those who soughisdmissionto the dress circle having to resort ta the lower part of tbe house, there being insufficient room upstairs. The performance pissed off as successfully as on the occasion of its first production by the company, and appeared to bo greatly enjoyed by the audience, especially by the younger portion of it.

In the evening tha theatre was again well patronbed, when the company appeared in "Current Cash." The piece was, on the whole, well performed, and the audience accorded those taking part in it a very hearty reception, the principals being twice recalled during the evening. Mr Frank Norton acted rather forcibly 03 Captain Mark Milton; Mr Harry Saville, as tbe villain of tbe piece—Major Gordon Challis—was sufficiently heartless and brutal to meet the requirements of his part; Mr C. J. Hill was exceedingly amusing and vivacious in the character of Ned Bowles, a vagabond; while Mr J. J. Kennedy afforded a considerable amount of merriment by his representation of tbe'Rev. Lincoln Green —an impo--fibly verdant character. As regards the lady performers the most successful were Miss Linda Raymond, who thoroughly aroused the sympathies of the audience by her aoting in the part of Grace Milton, and Miss Lily Hill,

Who made a pleasing Delia Challis. Other parts were filled with varying degrees of success by other members of the company. It has been decided to extend tho season and, "to meet the times," the prices of admission hava been reduced to 2s, ls, and 6tl. Tonight " Pygmalion and Galatea" and " O'Callaghan on his last legs," which met with such favour on Friday evening, will be staged. With the reduced prices the theatre should be well filled. ____________
