EARTHQUAKES IN GREECE.
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. Athens, April 28. Earthquakes have caused widespread havoc throughout the country. Atlanta is nearly in ruins. Hundreds of families there and else svhere are homeless. A shock occurred while service was being held in the cathedral in the city. Tbere was a crowded congregation and a panic resulted, which was only allayed by the presence of mind of M. TricoupH. Thebes has been utterly destrojed by renewed shocks and it is estimated that fully 300 persons have been ki'l-jd.
