For Southland, Australian Colonies (via Hobart), India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Mediterranean Ports, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, &c, per Talane, at 2.50 p.m. Money orders, registered letters, and newEpapers at 1.50 p.m. Late letters, guard's van, Port train, at 3.35 p.m. Parcels post mails for the Australian coloniei will close at 4 p.m. on the 25th. Due in London on June 12. Monday, April 30. For ; Lyttelton, Christchurch, Northern Ports of New Zealand, and Australian colonies (with the exception of Hobart and Launcestonj, per Tarawera, at 150 p.m. Late letters, Port train, at 2.30 p.m. Jfor money orders and registered letters (for Australian colonies only), at J2 50 p.m. For Lyttelton, Christchurch, and Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Rotorua, at 2.20 p.m. Late letters, C.P.0., at 2.30 p.m. Wednesday, May 2. For Lyttelton, Christchurch, Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Manapouri, at 1.20 pm. Late letters, C.P.0., at 130 p.m. DIRECT MAIL SERVICE. The direct steamer Coptic will leave Lyttelton, tor Plymouth, via Rio de Janeiro, on Thursday, 3rd May. Mails close here as under :— For the United Kingdom and foreign countries, &c, on Wednesday, 2nd, at 10 a m. Money orders on Wednesday, 2nd, at 9.15 a.m. Book packets and newspapers at 9 a.m. Lato letters, bearing an additional single rats of postage (2Jd) as a late fee, can be posted in tha mall van attached to North train, leaving Dunedin railway station at 11 a.m. on the 2nd. The abovo mail will close at the branch post jffices, North Dunedin and South Dunedin, for money orders and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the Ist; letters at 9.30 a.m. and newspapers jtßa.m. on the 2nd ult. At the Port Chalmers office at 8.45 am. or the 2nd; money orderß at 4 p.m.", and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the Ist. Parcels for the United Kingdom, Ac will closo at 9.30 a.m.' on the 2nd. The above mail will be due in London on the 12th June. Thursday, May 3. For Southland, Australian Colonies (via Bluff), India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Mediterranean Ports, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, Ac., per Waihora, at 2.20 p.m. Money orders (for Australian colonies only), registered letters and newspapers, at 1.20 p.m. Letters for the United Kingdom must be specially addressed. Late letters, C.P.0., at 2.30 p.m. Parcels post mails for the Australian colonies will close at 4 p.m. on the 2nd May. The s.s.
