Kaituka v. Cabisbrook. The above match was played at Carisbrook on Saturday, and resulted in a decided win for Kaituua by 37 games- The rain that fell in the morning and during the previous night made the courts a little heavy, but nevertheless some very good sets were played, and the match altogether was a most enjoyable one, During the afternoon tea was provided by the Carisbrook ladies, and was much appreciated. About 15 players (about half of whom were learners) took part in the games, I which were kept going continuously tillthcrain fell. It has been arranged that tbe court will bo open for play on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, after 5 p.m., and on Saturday afternoons, and that players will be in attendance on those days to coach learners.
